A proud graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, where he earned his MBA, Derek combines corporate expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Since founding The Florida Mortgage in 2021, Derek has led the company with a focus on innovation, integrity, and personalized service — helping clients navigate their home financing journey with confidence and ease.

Allison DuBrow serves as the Director of Community Outreach and Co-Owner of The Florida Mortgage. A graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned her degree in Occupational Therapy, Allison brings a unique blend of empathy, communication, and community connection to the mortgage industry.
